Job Description:

Handling customer queries and service through calls (No Night shifts)
Follow up calls to ensure that appropriate actions were taken on customer requests
Should continuously assess and identify opportunities to drive process improvements that positively impact and provide the best customer experience
Prior training, support and individual attention will be provided.
Good communication skills in English, Tamil is preferred. (Hindi Speaking added advantage)
