Gadgets launched recently in India - July




Samsung Gear Live: Samsung's first Android Wear smartwatch is available on the Google India Play Store for Rs 15,900. Users can pre-book the smartwatch, but it will not be shipped before July 18. The Gear Live has a 1.63-inch Super AMOLED (320 x 320) and a 300mAh battery. It will be offered in Black and Wine Red with interchangeable strap options.


Samsung Galaxy K Zoom: This new cameraphone comes with a 10x optical zoom, and is up for pre-order exclusively on Amazon India. Priced at Rs 29,999, it has a 20.7 megapixel camera. 


Samsung Galaxy Tab S: Samsung announced the launch of its new Galaxy Tab S in India. The tablet will comes in two sizes - 8.4-inches and 10.5 inches. The Samsung Galaxy Tab S 8.4 is priced at Rs 37,800, while the Galaxy Tab S 10.5 will be available for Rs 44,800. The new tablets will be available in India from mid-July.


HP Pavilion x360 convertible PC: HP announced the launch of its new range of notebooks, convertible PCs and a variety of colourful accessories at its APJ Media Summit 2014 in Mumbai. The range includes the HP Pavilion notebook series, HP Pavilion x360 convertible PC, HP Pavilion 23 all-in-one, and the HP Envy 15 notebook PC. 



Intex Aqua Curve Mini: This dual-SIM phone runs Android KitKat. It is powered by a 1.3GHz quad-core processor along with 1 GB RAM. The phone has a 4.5-inch display, 4GB of, an 8 megapixel rear and a 2 megapixel front camera. The phone is priced at Rs 7,290. 


Lava Iris 402e: This budget smartphone comes with support for 10 Indian languages. The phone has a 4-inch display and a dual-core processor. It is priced at Rs 4,999.



Xolo Q500s IPS, Play 6X 1000: Xolo launched two new phones - Q500s IPS and Play 6X-1000 - which are priced at Rs 5,999 and Rs 14,499, respectively. Both phones run Android 4.4 KitKat.


Karbonn launched its new range of low-cost Android smartphones - Smart A50s, A52 Plus, A12 Star, A11 Star. The cheapest of the four dual-SIM phones is the 3.5 inch Rs 2,699 Karbonn Smart A50s.
