Hello and Welcome to Bigfix Vault!

Please follow the below steps to use our award winning Device Management App.

Step 1: Create your personal/ official Profile and activate your account. 

Step 2: Add your devices and appliances in My Devices. Update Device Information, Namely Category, Brand, Model, Variant, Serial Number, Warranty Card, Insurance Policy, etc ... Upload proof images.

Step 3: Navigate to My Devices, choose your device, and place your order. Select order type required. Insta Repair, Brand Claim, Insurance Claim, Buy Protection, and Sell your Device.

Step 4: Navigate to Manage Orders to see the Order Assignment to Servicer, Job Sheet, Approve Estimate and View Invoice. You can also check the Order Status.

Step 5: Make Payments, based on B2B (order issued by Brand/ Insurer) or B2C (Order issued by yourself) transactions.

Step 6: Navigate to Buy Protection, to select and buy plans, Namely: Extended Warranty or Home/ Office Care.

Step 7: Use the Servicer Search feature to locate and interact with Servicers in our Network. Maps can help you find the best route to repair the Center.

Step 8: You can view the device maintenance orders' Chart Analytics.

Step 9: Receive transaction Notifications via Google Notifications, WhatsApp, and emails.

Step 10: Use the Wallet feature to receive incentives and promotional offers. Use it for future orders.
